Description
This event is fired when the collection of timed bars (CQGTimedBars) is resolved or when some error has occurred during the timed bars request processing.

Reference to resolved CQGTimedBars
- cqg_error
CQGError object describing the last error occurred during processing the timed bars request or Nothing/Invalid_Error in case of no error.
CQGCEL.IsValid(Invalid_Error) returns False.
