Timestamp of the last change (server time, converted to the user-configured time zone).
Each order query change event forces this property to change its value.

Date variable containing the server timestamp

The timestamp is converted to the timezone, previously configured by the user.

If no timezone configuration was made, the timestamp is converted to UTC.
