Specifies the date, in the user-configured time zone (CQGAPIConfig.TimeZoneCode)
Return Type
If in this CQGCondition there are CQGConditionResult objects having their Timestamp parameters equal to date_, the first such record's index is returned.
Otherwise, the returned value will be invalid.
