Returns timestamp of the last change (server time, converted to the configured time zone).
Each account change event forces this property to change its value.

Date variable containing the server timestamp
Remarks
The timestamp is converted to the timezone, previously configured by the user.
If no timezone configuration was made, the timestamp is converted to UTC.
